BESD Service (Leicester only)
Our specialist teachers can provide a service to schools with identified children who are presenting challenging behaviour. An integrated package offers an initial consultation, full observation and assessment of the problem situation over several sessions, a summary report, and full discussion with staff (and parents if appropriate) to recommend suitable action, with follow-up visits if appropriate.
Training for Professionals
Many of our staff are skilled and experienced in researching, designing and leading day- or weekend courses for educational professionals. We are happy to discuss the requirements of schools, local authorities and other agencies in organising training events.
Educational Consultancy
Our consultants have been senior managers in education authorities, and have experience in working with systems. They are able to offer a range of interventions, tailored to the specific needs of educational organisations.
Research and Development
Several of our associates have extensive experience in using psychology to design and conduct small-scale research projects and surveys for schools and local authorities.
